Heliotrope is a Yacht and not a boat and therefore to be able to truly produce a product of high quality and to be then able to guaranty it you must and every Great Cooking Chef will tell you, take in consideration this:

TEAM
Everyone on board at managerial level, has several years of experience either in Yachting competition or in Yacht building in Asia, Europe and the Caribbean.
On the manufacturing side the large majority of the craftsmanship are graduate from one of the 3 Maritime technical school of the country(Thailand), where they have learned for 3 years most of the secrets and technique to master marine electrical installation, carpentry, stainless steel and welding, fiberglass and other composite.
PRODUCTS
We used mainly Multiaxial FRP Bisphenol A- Type Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resin with a Vacuum Infused technic core sandwich.
Most of our components are from European and Swiss origin.
Only Sika products are used for their respective duty.
The Stainless steel is only 316L and comes from the most reliable suppliers.
We work with trustworthy brands and most important with products that are traceable thru out the construction process.
Most of the items used for the construction and finishing of the Yachts are manufactured on site allowing us to trace each step of the building process and guaranty a high end product
We do not use Core Balsa on any of our constructions as this wood is not suitable for builds in tropical climate. (Osmosis)
LOCATION
Organized such a medical surgery room, keeping in mind the layout of each workshop to reduce walking distance, loss of time and allowing a quick intervention.
Our production site is spacious, with a lot of natural luminosity which guaranties an exact vison for the perfect coloring.
Very well ventilated, thanks to an ingenious system allowing perfect air circulation through the production Units.
Workshops on site allowing a constant monitoring of the work.
Unique water trial basin to guaranty the yacht is in perfect working condition before the final launch and hand over to the new Owner.
